Louisiana House Speaker Jim Tucker says BP has done a good job covering the costs of the oil spill cleanup. That's been a big concern for many state lawmakers because of the state's current budget crisis.
Tucker says it's crucial that the state and local governments do a good job of keeping track of all spill related costs. The state legislative auditor's office is reviewing payments for coastal parishes so they can be billed properly.
