The Southern Jaguars appear to be in a track meet for their Homecoming contest against Alcorn St. as the Braves lead at half 24-14.
Southern tied the game with a special teams play, as Demetrius Carter blocked a punt and Randall Menard scooped and scored from six yards out.
Menard would be called on again, as Dray Joseph found him on a 23 yard touchdown toss to tie the game at 14 apiece.
Southern is failing to establish their running game, as they have 13 carries for 36 yards on the ground.
