The Southern Jaguars lost for the first time in SWAC play falling to Alcorn 61-57. The Jags were led in scoring by Derick Beltran. The senior had 15, but the SWACs leading scorer Malcolm Miller only had 10. Jaguars are now 8-1 in conference play.
