Southern football reports to fall camp
Baton Rouge - The Southern Jaguars reported to fall camp on Sunday, eager to return to the field after their spring camp was wiped out due to NCAA sanctions.
Head coach Dawson Odums welcomed his 95 players as they filled out paperwork, got their equipment and physicals in advance of their first practice day on Monday.
The Jaguars will practice at Doug Williams leadership academy to begin the season as they wait for their campus practice field to be completed: the Jags regular season begins September 5 at Louisiana Tech.
