CONWAY, AR - The Southeastern baseball team beat Central Arkansas 9-4 Saturday in the Southland conference tournament championship game, earning the Lions their first NCAA tournament birth in 20 years.

The Lions built an early lead, scoring two runs in the first and four in the second, and the Lions pitching held Central Arkansas at bay to deliver the win.

Southeastern is playing in its 3rd NCAA regional in school history, and its first since 1994.
