We have some lingering showers across Southeast Louisiana this morning from the disturbance that moved through overnight. It is warm, but not as humid as yesterday with temperatures in the 70s.
Another round of showers and thunderstorms will move through later this morning and into the afternoon hours. These will come from another disturbance that will drop south from North Louisiana toward Baton Rouge. Some of these storms could be strong to severe with damaging winds, heavy rain and some hail. We will not be as hot today thanks to the clouds and rain with high temperatures in the upper 80s.
Some rain will linger into the evening and overnight with mostly cloudy skies. Low temperatures will be in the lower 70s.
I have all the details on 2une In right now...check us out!
