We have some isolated to scattered showers moving through Baton Rouge this morning. They are developing ahead and along a cold front. Most of the rain is light, but we could see a few heavier downpours from time to time. Otherwise, it is mostly cloudy and warm with temperatures in the 70s.
Once the cold front passes through by mid-morning, the temperatures will start to fall and will drop into the 60s. It will become breezy with the winds shifting from the southwest to the north. The rain will come to an end behind the front and we will be left with mostly cloudy skies this afternoon. Temperatures will stay in the mid 60s.
The clouds will start to break up tonight, and it will become MUCH COLDER! We will be partly cloudy and breezy with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. BRRR!!!
