Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will move through Baton Rouge this afternoon. Some heavy rain will be possible, so watch out for flash flooding. The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch from now until 7 PM Saturday. We could pick up 2-4 inches between this afternoon and Saturday Evening. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s through the afternoon. Those that do not get as much rain will be a little warmer.
The showers will taper off around 6 PM, and then we will be left with some mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will remain in the 60s.
We will have mostly cloudy skies with a few showers overnight. Low temperatures will drop into the lower 60s.
