...Dense Fog Advisory Until 8 AM...
We start this Ash Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies and some patchy fog. Visibilities could drop to less than a mile at times, so please use caution as you travel around town this morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory until 8 AM for all of Southeast Louisiana. Temperatures are in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
The clouds will stick around today as a weak disturbance moves across the Deep South. This will give us a sun and cloud mix with some spotty showers around Baton Rouge. There is a better chance for rain along the coast. It is going to be warm and humid with high temperatures in the upper 70s.
More clouds will roll in tonight and it will become breezy. Low temperatures will only drop to the lower 60s.
