Socks play a part
HARTFORD CITY, INDIANA- A lawyer that always goes to court not wearing socks faces sanctions and possible fines if he does it again.
Circuit Judge Dean Young issued an order to lawyer Todd Glickfield to wear appropriate attire, which includes socks and a tie if he has business in Young's courtroom.
Last month, Glickfield was in Young's courtroom without socks and during a recess was told he wasn't appropriately dressed.
Glickfield replied, "I hate socks."
