SLIDELL - Authorities charged a Slidell man this week with 25 counts of distributing child porn after a joint undercover investigation involving the Attorney General's Cyber Crime Unit.

Investigators arrested Jeremy Petry, 29, Wednesday at his home on Herwig Bluff Drive after executing a search warrant there.

The arrest comes at the end of an investigation into Petry's online activity by the Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and Slidell Police.

The AG's Office said Petry could face up to 20 years in prison for each charge against him, if convicted. He's currently booked in the St. Tammany Parish jail.
