The combination of a warm front, a low in the Gulf, a trough and a cold front will impact the weather in Baton Rouge this afternoon. This will lead us to getting scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms. Some of the rain could be heavy at times, and minor flash flooding will be possible. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Those systems will be moving to the east of town tonight and we will see the rain coming to an end. It will become partly cloudy, but still stay muggy with lows in the lower 70s.
