Some shoppers got a jump on the Black Friday frenzy by shopping on Thursday. A small number of stores opened their doors for the Thanksgiving holiday giving shoppers an extra day of savings.

Some shoppers said they felt a little conflicted about shopping because the employees at the stores didn't get to spend that time with their own families. But most of them kept on shopping anyway.
