PRAIRIEVILLE - The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating a triple shooting in Galvez near Prairieville.

According to Sheriff Jeff Wiley, it happened on Oak Trace Road near Galvez Middle School. Officers say a mother and daughter were shot and killed by a man. It is unclear if that person is dead.
