BATON ROUGE - A humane society in East Baton Rouge Parish asked the public today to help identify a man seen throwing a dog over the fence to their property.

The Capital Area Animal Welfare Society posted photos on their Facebook page that show a man pull up in a white pickup and get out with a dog on a leash. The man then throws the dog over the property's fence, despite there being a gate a few feet away.
