BATON ROUGE- Wednesday morning, Shaw and CB&I will sign the dotted line and seal the deal on a multi-billion dollar purchase. CB&I is buying the area's only Fortune 500 company.

Shaw employs around 4,000 people in Louisiana, a thousand work in Baton Rouge.

"We have a commitment from the chairman to take the best athlete and I believe our athletes will perform given the great opportunity that could be in front of them," Shaw owner Jim Bernhard told WBRZ News 2 Tuesday night.
