A Baton Rouge environmental advocacy group plans on continuing with a lawsuit against East Baton Rouge Parish, despite a Federal agency calling it a waste of time.
The Louisiana Environmental Action Network says the parish's waste water treatment plants are ineffective, and violate the Clean Water Act.
