Serial flasher forced home to Louisiana
HAMILTON COUNTY, OH - A man convicted of flashing people in a Target parking lot in Ohio is coming home to Louisiana, and he does not have a choice.
A judge banished 25-year-old Josiah Day from Hamilton County, Ohio. He exposed himself to several people in that parking lot, including a 13-year-old girl. Now Day has been told to hit the road and never come back.
"You're going to leave town, leave the county, leave the state, get on a bus and never be seen here again," the judge ordered. "Stay in Louisiana."
It is unknown where in Louisiana Day is going.
