Seniors feel better when they use the Internet
BATON ROUGE- The public library provides assistance to seniors who are looking to learn how to use a computer.
It's helpful, since a study recently suggested elderly people who know how to use a computer feel better. Researchers believe they lower their risk of depression by 20%.
Another study found seniors who use Facebook have improved their memory.
