Police say the second victim in a weekend shooting and home invasion in Baton Rouge has died from their injuries.

Authorities said 26-year-old Roderick Guillory died from his injuries early Monday morning. A second victim, 37-year-old Nicole Badger, was pronounced dead at the scene Sunday night.

BRPD officers were called to apartment 305 at 2080 North Lobdell around 9:45 p.m. Sunday for reports of a shooting and robbery. They were told by a witness that two people had forced their way in and robbed Badger, her roommate and Guillory, who was visiting. The suspects then shot at all three victims, but missed Badger's roommate before fleeing.
