Second suspect arrested in bait car burglary
BATON ROUGE – Police have arrested a second person in connection with a recent theft from a bait car set out by investigators.
Detectives said 18-year-old Conner Ridgeway turned himself in to authorities and was arrested. Investigators believe he served as the lookout while another person broke into the car.
Police had already arrested 21-year-old John Fares Sarhan in connection with the case.
Both were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail in suspicion of simple burglary.
