BATON ROUGE- Authorities said they arrested a second man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a man on North 31st Street late last month.

28-year-old Marcus Gillard was wanted for second degree murder.

Baton Rouge Police detectives linked Gillard and two other suspects, 19-year-old Dyshun Winns and 23-year-old Alexander Brock, to the shooting that took the life of 23-year-old Darius Johnson on October 29.

The shooting happened after a fist fight broke out in a nearby BREC park.

Winns was taken into custody last week, detectives are still searching for Brock.
