Second Amendment sales tax holiday
The state second amendment sales tax holiday starts today. People buying guns, bullets, and other items will not pay any taxes through Sunday. That saves about nine-cents for every dollar spent depending on where you shop. It applies to any item that could be used for hunting or fishing, including clothes, boats and more. South Carolina is the only other state with a similar law.
