State Police are searching for a three-month-old girl in Raritan River in New Jersey. The baby's father says he threw the infant off the Garden State Parkway's Driscoll Bridge.

Troopers say 21-year-old Shamisiddin Abdur-Raheem grabbed the baby girl from her grandmother yesterday morning and ran off. They say he was found hours later at a relative's home, without the baby.

Abdur-Raheem was not married to the child's mother and did not have custody of his daughter.
