Search for man in the Gulf of Mexico continues
NEW ORLEANS - The search continues as the Coast Guard and a supply boat crew looks to find a missing crew member.
60 miles southwest of Port Fourchon, a man went overboard in the Gulf of Mexico by the Dustin Danos driven by Raceland-based Gulf Offshore Logistics on Saturday.
A Coast Guard official said a small rescue boat maintains the search for the missing crew member who was wearing long johns and a t-shirt.
The Coast Guard used an aircraft and commercial helicopter located in New Orleans and Mobile, Alabama, to help the search efforts in finding the crewman.
