Search for arsonist after fire destroys Baton Rouge home
BATON ROUGE - Authorities are looking for an arsonist after someone torched a vacant home in Baton Rouge early Thursday morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze in the 400-block of Tuscaloosa St. just before 4:30 a.m. The entire building was engulfed in flames by the time they arrived. Crews stopped it from spreading to the neighboring building, but the home where the fire started was destroyed.
