Sean Spicer pressed as 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' guest
NEW YORK- It was a different Sean Spicer who paid a visit to ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
This was a smiling, chill Spicer on Wednesday night, in marked contrast to the six hot-tempered months he spent as White House Press Secretary that ended with his resignation in July.
Spicer took Kimmel's ribbing in much better spirits than the grilling the White House press corps dished out.
But if Kimmel thought Spicer would dish dirt on Republican President Donald Trump, he was disappointed. Spicer insisted Trump is a good man who really cares about this country.
Kimmel jokingly reminded him that he doesn't work in the White House anymore.
He told Spicer not to worry about Trump because 'we can protect you here."
