BATON ROUGE - A crash involving a school bus injured two students Monday morning on O'Neal lane.

According to the EBR Sheriff's Office, one child was taken to the hospital with a neck injury and another with minor injuries, left with a parent.

Authorities say an SUV hit the Southeast Middle school bus from behind near King Bradford Drive on O'Neal around 6:30 a.m.

The SUV driver was charged with careless operation along with several other charges.
