School board makes campus switch, no decision on school days
CLINTON- Students at some schools in East Feliciana Parish will attend different schools next school year.
Monday, the school board voted to swap locations for the high school and middle school. The high school campus will move to Clinton and the middle school will move to Jackson.
A judge will have to approve the move.
But, there was no talk about changing the number of days students attend class. An agenda item about a five-day school week versus a four-day school week was tabled.
Earlier in April, voters did not approve a property tax to fund improvements for the system, rated a D by the state.
