Look for the scattered showers and thunderstorms to continue this evening. Some of them will be strong with heavy rain, gusty winds and frequent lightning strikes. There could be some minor flooding around town. Temperatures are in the lower 80s.
The storms will dissipate by 10 PM tonight and then we will be left with partly cloudy skies. It will stay warm and muggy with lows in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
