We still have showers and thunderstorms on TrueView Doppler Radar this morning. They could produce some heavy rain at times and will continue all morning. Temperatures are a little cool as they sit in the 50s.
An upper-level trough of low pressure remains over Southeast Louisiana today, and that will be the focus for setting of additional showers and a few thunderstorms. Severe weather is not expected today, but we could have some heavy rain at times. It will become warmer with highs in the lower 70s.
It will be mostly cloudy with some lingering showers tonight and lows will be in the upper 50s.
