Saints remain unbeaten

The New Orleans Saints remained in elite company during this young NFL season, by beating the mistake-prone New York Jets 24-10 in the Louisiana Superdome to improve to 4-0 for the first time to 16-years.

The Saints' defense scored two touchdowns, including a 99-yard interception return for a TD by Darren Sharper.

Denver is a very unexpected 4-0 after beating the Dallas Cowboys 17-10.

The Indianapolis Colts routed Seattle 34-17 to also remain 4-0. Peyton Manning threw two touchdown passes and tied Fran Tarkenton for third on the NFL's career list with 342.

Peyton's brother, Eli Manning, threw for three TDs to lead New York over Kansas City 27-16. The Giants are also undefeated.
