METAIRIE, La. - Saints receiver Adrian Arrington has been on the bubble ever since New Orleans took him in the seventh round of the 2008 draft.
But with a spot opening in the receiver rotation after Robert Meachem signed with San Diego in free agency, Arrington knows now is the time for him to earn consistent playing time.
Arrington has the offense memorized after four seasons with the Saints and he says that's why things are "kind of clicking" four days into training camp.
Offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael Jr. says Arrington's advantage now is his ability to play every receiver position.
Despite that experience edge over those vying for the fourth receiver spot, Arrington isn't changing his attitude, saying he feels the same pressure now that he always does.
