Saints get on the scoreboard first, lead 7-0
NEW ORLEANS - The Saints forced a fumble deep in the Bills territory on the first play from scrimmage, but kicker Garrett Hartley missed a 47-yard field goal to take no points from the opportunity.
Thad Lewis left the game after the sack, but came back in the game to lead the Bills down the field ending with a missed 50-yard field goal.
The Saints would eventually get on the board with a 15-yard touchdown toss from Drew Brees to Lance Moore.
Moore had missed the last three game due to a hand injury.
Former LSU quarterback, and now third on Buffalo's depth chart, Matt Flynn was listed as inactive today by the team.
