Saints fall to Seahawks in NFC Playoffs, 23-15
SEATTLE - Seattle got on the scoreboard early and often in the first half, riding three Steven Hauschka field goals and a Marshawn Lynch 15-yard touchdown scamper to a 16-0 halftime lead - and eventually finished New Orleans' comeback chances with a 23-15 win.
The Saints could never fully recover, however, New Orleans scored two second-half touchdowns and a two-point conversion to pull within eight points in the final 26 seconds.
Recently-signed kicker Shayne Graham missed two field goals in the game.
Drew Brees finished 22-for-40 for 288 yards passing and a touchdown, and Marques Colston caught 131 yards to lead all receivers.
