Saints dominate Buccaneers in 30-10 home win
New Orleans, LA - The Saints after a first drive field goal by Will Lutz, took a 9-0 lead on the Buccaneers with a big special teams play with a blocked punt returned for a touchdown by Justin Hardee.
The Saints took that 9-0 lead into the second quarter, before Tampa Bay added a 50-yard field goal with 3 minutes to go until the break to make it 9-3.
Drew Brees and the Saints respond quickly by marching down the field 90 yards to put it in the endzone on a spectacular Alvin Kamara 33-yard touchdown to make it a 16-3 Saints lead at halftime.
The Saints kept things rolling to start the 3rd, with Kamara reaching the endzone for the second time on the day to give the Saints a 23-3 lead after his 6-yard touchdown run.
Less than two minutes later after a Buccaneers turnover, Brees connected with Tedd Ginn Jr. for a 36-yard touchdown pass to pile on points to give New Orleans a 30-3 lead.
A fumbled punt return gave Tampa Bay the ball in the Saints' red zone, allowing for a go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
The Saints ran the clock on their next possession finishing the game with a 30-10 final score and the Saint's sixth straight win.
