S. Korea cuts trade with North over sinking ship

South Korea is cutting trade with Pyongyang over the sinking of a South Korean warship.
South Korea's president vows North Korea will "pay a price" for a torpedo attack that killed 46 sailors.
He's promising to haul North Korea before the U.N. Security Council.
The White House offered its full support for South Korea's moves.
