Rush hour traffic snarled by I-10 wreck
BATON ROUGE - A wreck on I-10 West snarled rush hour traffic in Baton Rouge Friday afternoon for more than an hour.
The wreck happened at I-10 West and Washington around 3:45 p.m. according to DOTD and blocked the left and center lanes of travel.
No one was hurt according to EMS, and all lanes were reported cleared by 4:15 p.m., but DOTD reported congestion had stretched past Bluebonnet on I-10 West and Drusilla on I-12 West.
Just before 5 p.m., westbound traffic was still jammed up through the area.
