Road back open after gas main breaks in Central
CENTRAL - Authorities closed a portion of Sullivan Road in Central this afternoon when they said a natural gas line broke.
Derek Glover with Central Fire said a four-inch pipe broke or bent in three places and spilled some gas near Sullivan Road.
They closed Sullivan between Brent and Wax until the line could be fixed, and reopened the road just before 5 p.m.
There were no evacuations as a result of this line break.
