There's no more toilet paper in the Lochsa River in Idaho. The paper got in there after massive rolls of unprocessed toilet paper fell off a truck and into the water. Attempts to pull it out were hampered when it got water-logged and began disintegrating, which created a bigger mess. Crews wrapped the rolls with reinforced mesh before they could be pulled out by a tow truck. The driver of the truck the paper came from was cited for distracted driving.
