Right lane reopened I-10 west past Highland Road
BATON ROUGE – The right lane of I-10 West was blocked just after the Highland Road exit due to a stalled vehicle.
Traffic officials say congestion from the incident passed the exit. The lane was opened reopened just after 3:45 p.m.
