Another rig has been pulled from the Gulf of Mexico because of the deepwater drilling moratorium.
Diamond Offshore Drilling pulled the "Ocean Confidence" rig to the Republic of Congo. The rig left over the weekend.
The Houston-based company says a drilling contract with Murphy Exploration & Production Co. was re-negotiated to a one-year commitment in the Gulf, for agreement to drill off the coast of the Republic of Congo. Murphy says it will begin it's one year in the Gulf, when it is confident it can get permits to drill.
