LIVINGSTON - Detectives are investigating a burglary that happened at a Livingston furniture store last weekend.

Officers suspect the burglary happened sometime between 8 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday at the V. Watts Furniture Store located in the 13000 block of Florida Boulevard.

An unknown subject (or subjects) forced their way into the business, stealing a chrome revolver and several knives, according to police.

Investigators believe the suspects possibly fled the scene on foot due to the items taken. A motorist reported possibly seeing the suspects on Florida Boulevard trying to sell the stolen items near the time of the crime.

Livingston Police are looking for leads in the case. If you have information, you’re urged to contact the LPD at 225-686-7153.
