Rev. Al Sharpton coming to BR at end of month
BATON ROUGE - Reverend Al Sharpton will visit Baton Rouge at the end of February to discuss AIDS and HIV as a civil rights issue.
It's part of a nationwide town hall effort from the AIDS Healthcare Foundation with local clergy and politicians.
The Baton Rouge meeting will take place February 28 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Greater King David Baptist Church on Blount Road.
