BATON ROUGE – Members of Fleur de Que, Hog Dat Nation, March of the Pigs, Hogs for the Cause and Bacon Rouge are coming together to feed the Baton Rouge community following the recent flooding and severe weather.

The group, dubbed as Hogs Res-Que Team, will be cooking barbecue lunches in front of the GMFS Mortgage at 7389 Florida Boulevard for flood victims, clean-up crews, first responders and anyone else in need of a warm meal.

The group expects to start serving meals at 11 a.m. and will continue until food runs out. Those who wish to volunteer are asked to stop by on Saturday to do so.

Those who wish to donate to the group's efforts can do so here.
