Reports: Caitlyn Jenner invited to judge Miss USA in BR
The Miss USA telecast will broadcast from Baton Rouge in July and pageant events will take place in the Capital Region leading up to a Sunday night live, national event. The Miss USA show will originate from the River Center.
"While she is not yet confirmed to judge, the organization would indeed love to have her and are reaching out to make an offer," the Miss USA organization said in a statement first reported by USA Today.
Tuesday evening, the pageant told WBRZ it could not comment further.
Miss USA has allowed transgender contestants since 2011.
Jenner introduced herself to the world in a recent Vanity Fair cover profile.
Also in July, Jenner will receive the ESPN Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
