STILLWATER, Okla.- Sports Illustrated released the first installment of a five-part series looking into allegations surrounding the Oklahoma State football program, and LSU's head coach figures prominently in the first installment.
The issues stem back to the time Les Miles served as the head coach for OSU. In the report, Sports Illustrated says former coaches and boosters paid certain players as a way of rewarding good performance on the field.
They also say some players were given better grades to maintain eligibility and that the policy for drug use was inconsistently applied.
Miles says he doesn't know of any improprieties when he was the head coach at Oklahoma State University.
