Blood alcohol results in Texas show country star Randy Travis was almost twice the legal limit and drunk when he was arrested naked following a traffic crash in the town of Tioga, north of Dallas. The arrest was in August and he also faces charges for threatening officers. The D.A. of Grayson County says Travis' blood alcohol level was greater than 0.15 and 0.08 is the legal limit. A conviction means up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine. His lawyer says Travis has stopped drinking alcohol and negotiations continue to resolve the case.
