WASHINGTON - Spring is near, and it is officially time to set the clocks ahead one hour.
Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. tomorrow, which means you will be trading an extra hour of sleep for one more hour of extra daylight.
Standard time returns Nov. 1.
