AMITE- A Christian author will be able to sell her books as part of a school fundraiser the school board in Tangipahoa Parish decided recently.

The board previously told Angela Bertone she could not sell her books because of the contents. Bertone argued it was unfair.

"I felt I was being discriminated against," she told WBRZ News 2 in a previous story. "They didn't want me to do a fundraiser because of the fact that it would promote a religion."

Other parishes have allowed her books with no issues.
